1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
Heat oven to 450. Blend the milk, flour, eggs and salt together with a blender or beater. Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch pan in the oven until hot and sizzling. Pour the batter into the hot pan and bake immediately for 25 minutes. Makes 6 good size servings. Serve immediately. Toppings that are good are powdered sugar or sweet apple slices. Personally, I like maple syrup (I use the imitation stuff).
They really puff up which is fun for the kids to see. Adults too.
